Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 26120.6772 (KB5065797) has officially begun rolling out to Beta Channel users, introducing several enhancements aimed at improving system stability and user experience. As part of the version 24H2 development, Microsoft continues to refine its next major update, ensuring smoother performance and better optimization across supported devices.
This latest Windows 11 Beta build includes gradual feature releases for users who have opted in to receive the newest updates first via Settings > Windows Update. The changes are categorized into two parts—those immediately available to select testers and those expanding to all Beta Channel participants over the coming weeks.

Users can hover over images to preview selectable areas. Once selected, objects can be easily copied and pasted into other apps or used to start a chat with Copilot for deeper insights and creative actions. This feature aims to speed up creative workflows with precision and ease
Unit conversion:
The unit conversion feature in Click to Do enables quick conversions for numbers with units shown on screen, supporting length, area, volume, weight, temperature, and speed. ESS Now Supports Peripheral Fingerprint Sensors:
Previously, Enhanced Sign-in Security (ESS) was limited to PCs with built-in biometric sensors. Now, Windows 11 PCs—including desktops and Copilot+ models—can use ESS with compatible external fingerprint readers. Simply plug in a supported ESS fingerprint reader, go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options, and follow the prompts to enroll for the most secure Windows Hello sign-in experience.
